Denise began her real estate career in 2004 in one of America’s favorite small towns, Franklin, TN. Franklin is just south of her hometown of Nashville, TN. Today, she has a home with her husband and border collie in the quiet, southern Appalachian Mountain town of Highlands, North Carolina, while keeping a second home in Franklin, TN. Denise works full-time as a broker with eXp Realty, the world’s fastest-growing International real estate brokerage. She is confident that her 20 years of experience as a realtor, her continuing education, and her unique life experiences combined with her skill set have created a diligent, caring, and honest Realtor/Consultant.

For Denise, real estate has always been a family affair. Her love for real estate began as a young girl working with her grandfather, who was a home builder. Her parents were also involved in real estate. They established a development in Nashville as well as custom-built several houses and then Denise and her husband built their first home together. Since beginning her work as a realtor, her passion has only grown and expanded into flipping properties. She believes you should always leave things better than what you find them and so, in her free time she works to preserve older homes.
However, things never came easily for Denise. She has experienced many hardships; however, she fervently believes that these hardships have uniquely prepared her to help others. After her husband’s death at age 34, she learned the seriousness of solid financial planning the hard way. To support her 2 boys, She obtained her license to sell life insurance and work with individuals in financial investing and estate planning. Later, she earned her Real Estate license and began investing in rental properties. Denise was able to successfully set up two properties for Short Term Rental and managed them successfully in Nashville and Franklin, TN. Her love for real estate and knowing it to be one of the largest investments home buyers make caused her to focus her career on Real Estate. Denise recognizes that clients are all moving through different life stages and that they are all in need of proper planning to preserve the legacy they are building or have built for their family. Denise wants to hear your story; she is a good listener. Maintaining the highest level of discretion, honesty and professionalism is just the way she’s built.
She prides herself on being a tireless advocate for her clients and always makes herself easily accessible. Proper planning, accurate analysis, and sound advice are her cornerstones.
